Review agent responses, compare quotes and scope, and select the agent that is the right fit for your request. No pressure, no commitment until you're ready.
Step 3 — Payment hold
Use Stripe's secure payment checkout to secure the agreed amount as a payment hold. Funds stay held until the request is complete and the required confirmation steps are finished.
Step 4 — Upload your documents
Add the relevant documents in one secure place. Documents stay attached to your request or case and are only accessible to you and your assigned agent.
Step 5 — Work progresses in one place
All messages, documents, and updates stay inside your case thread. No emails, no lost attachments, no guessing where things stand.
Step 6 — Confirm completion and release the payment hold
When the work is done, both you and your agent confirm completion. The payment hold is released only after the required confirmation and review steps are completed.

For agents

Step 1 — Client selects a service and completes intake
The client chooses a fixed-scope service and fills out a structured intake form before any work begins. No cold enquiries, no unpaid discovery calls.
Step 2 — Client uploads documents and pays upfront
Documents are uploaded to the case and payment is held before you accept the request. You can review the scope and material before you begin.
Step 3 — Review and provide written assessment
All correspondence, documents, and your written assessment stay attached to the same case.
Step 4 — Client confirms and the payment hold is released
Once both parties confirm completion, the payment hold is released after the required review steps are completed. Clear and fair for both sides.
